Howard’s
Sweet or Spicy Bean Dip
1 lb.11oz. can kidney or black beans, drained 2 bottles Howard’s Sweet Relish 1 medium onion chopped fine 1 Tbsp horseradish (optional) 2-4 TBS balsamic vinegar 1 TBS hot chili powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate over night to mellow. Serve with corn chips or crackers. For a spicier relish, Howard’s Hot Pepper Relish may be substituted for Sweet.
This recipe makes enough for a party, but can be halved for a smaller group.
